Terms and Conditions – Barceló Sevilla Renacimiento

Field	Description
Bond issuer	Integral Global Mas Service Hospitality, S.L.
Exclusive use	Valid only at the SPA Barceló Sevilla Renacimiento, located in the Barceló Sevilla Renacimiento Hotel (Seville). Not applicable at other spas or other services managed by Masshotel.
Validity	The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Extensions will not be accepted unless expressly authorized in writing by the company. No exchanges or returns are allowed.
Application	The voucher can be used to pay for spa services, subject to prior reservation and availability. It is recommended to inform about the use of the voucher at the time of making the reservation.

Situation	Applicable condition
Expansion of experience	The client may extend the duration of the treatment by paying the price difference, subject to availability.
Reduction of reserved treatment	It will not be possible to reduce the duration of the reserved service or request a partial refund for the unused time.

Condition	Detail
Non-refundable	The voucher cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, in whole or in part.
Not applicable to services already contracted	It cannot be used to pay for treatments or services that have already been paid for or formalized previously.
Non-transferable	The voucher is personal and non-transferable. It cannot be assigned to third parties.
Non-rechargeable	Additional balance cannot be added nor its value modified once issued.
Loss or misplacement	Integral Global Mas Service Hospitality, S.L. is not responsible for loss, theft, or misuse of the voucher.

Modification or cancellation of reservations	The establishment reserves the right to modify or cancel a reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled date and time for the appointment. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, or situations beyond the control of Integral Global Mas Service that prevent the provision of the service, the modification or cancellation may be made with less than 24 hours' notice. In these cases, the customer will be informed as soon as possible, and an alternative date or a refund of the amount paid will be offered when feasible.
Reservations	It is essential to book in advance and present the voucher at the spa before starting the treatment.
Expiration	After the expiration date, the voucher will be considered expired and worthless.
Changes to conditions	The company reserves the right to modify these conditions without prior notice, publishing them on its official website.
